All orders will be processed within 72 hours if in stock. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day. If a shipping delay is expected you will be notified via email.

Within the United States, nathan&moe ships all packages via USPS from New York City. The flat rate shipping cost for all orders within the continental U.S. is $10.

International shipping is provided through USPS for a $30 flat charge. Any additional customs/duties charges are the responsibility of the receiver.

Sales tax is charged to those residing in New York ONLY. There is NO SALES TAX for orders outside of New York.

Please be sure that all shipping information is entered correctly. In the event that you need an address correction please contact us right away with your updated shipping address. Any orders that are redirected due to address correction or incomplete address (i.e. floor #, house #, or apt #) will be charged a $10 fee.

Please be sure you have made arrangements for the delivery of your order. good charma can not be held responsible for orders that are deemed non-deliverable. Customers will be charged for return shipment, which is equivalent to the amount paid for shipping.
